When you wish to submit your own picture, high-resolution photographs or computer image files are needed. We have found that we can integrate your images into our system with fewer problems when submitted to us as a psd,  ai, jpg, or pdf file. When we enlarge your image to the dimensions you want, the dots per inch (dpi) at that size need to be between 150 and 300 dpi. In otherwords, if you want a mural that is 24" by 24", and the artwork submitted is a 12" by 12", this original artwork needs to come to us between 300 and 600 dpi. This way, when we double its size for your mural, the output for your mural will be between 150 and 300 dpi. If the artwork sent to us is one third the mural size you want, the image will have to triple in size, which would then require the original artwork to be between 450 and 900 dpi.
